By accessing the QuickCare web interface or dialing our offline USSD gateway (*384*22152#), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Emergency Medical Disclaimer & Dial 112 Instruction
QUICKCARE IS NOT AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE DISPATCH SERVICE. If you select "Emergency" or are experiencing acute trauma, severe chest pain, continuous bleeding, or life-threatening symptoms, immediately disconnect and call national emergency dispatch at 112.
3. Scope of AI-Assisted Triage
The Non-Emergency symptom input utilizes automated rule scoring and AI triage models solely for queue prioritization, safety categorization, and estimated arrival windows. This interaction does not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or a physician-patient relationship. Receiving medical staff have complete clinical authority to assess and adjust patient priority upon in-person arrival.
4. Accuracy of User Information
You agree to provide truthful descriptions of your symptoms. Deliberate misrepresentation, abusive shortcode requests, or denial-of-service attempts will lead to suspension of access.
5. Queue Times and Clinic Capacity
Queue positions and arrival times (ETAs) are estimates. Hospital schedules may fluctuate due to incoming emergency room cases or clinical delays.
6. Telecommunications Disclaimer
QuickCare is not liable for network drops, latency, or carrier-level outages experienced on third-party mobile networks (such as MTN, Telecel, or AT).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
